The first way to make intermittent fasting easier for you is to build up your fasting muscle by getting keto adapted.

The second way to get better results with fasting is for you to use fasting crutches if you need to.

There's certain items you can have during a fast, and still maximize it's benefits.

  • fats
  • bone broth

The third way to make fasting easier is to break the fast with mostly protein and fat; not carbohydrates and fat.
