show episodes

In each episode of the podcast, we will focus our attention on one heavy game to discuss. We’ll share our thoughts and opinions on the game with our listeners. Our intention is not to teach you how to play but to help inform you about the game and hopefully help you decide if a game is one you’d like.

One Stop Co-Op Shop is a podcast about cooperative boardgames. This podcast has revolving hosts every other week. Every other week we take one game and break it down (the good, the bad and our overall impressions). After we discuss the game we have a design discussion about one of the parts of the game. This podcast is hosted by Peter Gousis and Michael Kelley (MVP Boardgames). On the other weeks Steve Kingsley and Colin Degnan (One Stop Co-Op Shop)host. They discuss the latest news in coope ...

Each episode, we discuss at least one classic game each, looking at them from a modern perspective but also remembering where they stand in the evolution of game development. Sometimes they're games we played and loved growing up. Sometimes they're games we missed and are experiencing for the first time. Though we each have our core beloved genres, we all play a variety of games of various styles, eras, and platforms.

The Level is a podcast for people who love video games. It's a weekly roundtable hosted by friends and industry outsiders Kole Ross, Ben Merkel, Dennis Furia, David Moneysmith, and Jala Prendes. Every Friday, we discuss video game news, the games we've been playing, and listener mail.

A bi-weekly video game book club that takes a deep look at one game every episode. Email us at thatpinguino@gmail.com

On The Board Game Business Podcast, we discuss the business side of the tabletop gaming industry. We don't review games or tell you which ones we like, but instead focus on how to price, distribute, design, develop, and market your game. Richard New hosts and sits alongside Jeremy Commandeur, a game designer, and Brian Henk, a game designer and publisher with Overworld Games.

Fear the Boot is an irreverent, round table discussion of tabletop role playing games. In this weekly show we debate game-related issues, offer advice for improving your game, and poke fun at the hobby. Our cast changes a little from show to show, but we always assemble a group of dynamic individuals with divergent views, guaranteeing you will hear several perspectives on everything we discuss.

Baseball which began in the U.S is the professional sport that has the longest history. We began Almost Cooperstown by noting that it contains a long history of players that for whatever reasons, have been shunned by the electors of the Hall of Fame. In these podcasts we discuss the HOF as well as all topics related to the game we love to watch and talk about.

We're a weekly Podcast born of the Monster Hunter Community. We discuss all games (that we care to) but all in some way started with Monster Hunter. We do a weekly show and a monthly show, weekly more discussion on current gaming and our takes and Monthly as a "video game book club" where we play a game for a month and discuss.

Pile of Games Podcast is all about board games and absolutely nothing else. We don't discuss politics or current events in the board game world, we just talk about GAMES. Steph Hodge (Board Game Geek/Board Game Steph) and Jeremy Howard (Man vs Meeple/ Jambalaya Plays Games) have come together to talk about the games we're excited to play, the games we've been playing, and provide one very critical review per episode. That's it!

The podcast for gamers who love movies! In "Bits" we cover new and upcoming game releases, current game industry news and discuss any games we have been playing recently. Then in "Flicks" we go over any recent trailers, tv/film news and discuss any tv or movies we have been watching. Listen to both or just listen to one, either way we got you covered on all your entertainment needs.

Join Dave Chaffins on a geographic exploration of your favorite video games. Each week we discuss a brand new subject in the "science of where" and how it relates to games like Pokemon, Zelda, Fallout, and many more. It's the most fun way to refresh and learn your geography knowledge.

The RPG After Years is your weekly show covering all things role-playing games (RPGs), both past and present. From Dungeon Explorer to the Final Fantasy VII Remake, all RPG video games are fair game. Each week, we discuss current news in the video game world and do a deep dive on an RPG-related topic. Meanwhile, our hosts do periodic reviews on games from the "Golden Years", which includes games from the 4th, 5th, and 6th generation of video games.

Join Andrea Rene, Brittney Brombacher and Kristine Steimer as they analyze the week's video game news, give hands-on impressions of upcoming titles, discuss your questions, and have a little bit of "off-topic" conversation. With over 30 years of video game industry experience, the conversation is sure to be passionate but never takes itself too seriously.
