Meditation for Life offers short meditation sessions and pithy teachings. Most episodes will have 2 five minute meditation practice sessions to begin using the meditation given. Between the meditations, I'll provide some ways to consider meditation, points of meditation and now meditation relates with neuroscience. As a young woman of 20 in a Tibetan temple in Dehra Dun India I received the initiations into many of the major vibrations of Tibetan Buddhist Vajrayana Tantra. For over 50 years I've practiced these meditations to provide healing and life wisdom for myself and over the past 35 years for others. One thing I've learned as a meditation teacher of over 35 years is we are all, always beginners. Join me! Blessings.
