What are the barriers that prevent us from awakening? From appreciating this presence that we are and always have been. Usually our preoccupation with “me”. Also, important to focus on post-enlightenment practice. Awakening doesn’t mean we are not going to have ups and downs. This path doesn’t offer a pot of gold. But it offers eternity – which is always now. And now could be a pain in the neck or anxiety in the belly. We are always at home, while all forms, all phenomena, are coming and going. We are the universe! When we have realised ourselves as awareness/presence, we can then bring that awareness down into the body. Freedom is now.
