Has the act of gratitude been so well plied it's now only clickbait?
Have you found if you've been doing the 'Act of Gratitude' for so long it's got stale and you're repeating the same things over and over and you don't feel that grateful as you used to?
I did and it made me question the whole thing and it was just recently that I read a small piece from a book written by a Buddhist monk that got me to realize............. What? realize what? I can hear you think.
It also took me back to a time a learnt something special, about myself, that kinda saved me and brought me out of a black time in my life. I'll share this with you too in this episode.
So what's the conclusion to this thing about being grateful?
Oh come on my friend I can't spell it out here this is a podcast and you have to listen, learn if it's important to you and do what you learn in real life. Oh! Did I mention share too? Here's the link:
