A native of southern California, born and raised in San Diego, Josh Cinnamo was born with a congenital limb deficiency of his right arm. Cinnamo played on the football team at Morse High School and was a dual sport athlete at Luther College where he competed on the football and track teams. Cinnamo has competed in several arenas including various CrossFit competitions, Spartan races, the Arnold Sports Festival and the Working Wounded Games. Since attending a Paralympic talent camp in Chicago in April 2014, Cinnamo has emerged as one of the top field athletes on Team USA as an F46 shot put thrower. Cinnamo has set multiple F46 shot put records since his debut in 2014. He won gold at both the 2019 Parapan American Games and 2019 World Para Athletics Championships, and currently holds the world record throw of 16.80 meters....Son of Michele Cinnamo-King and Charlie Cinnamo...Married to Kate Cinnamo...Has two children, Tate and Tess...Has two brothers, Chuck and Chris.
