One of the best ways to manage anger is to quickly diffuse it before it erupts out of control. By focusing on loving-kindness, you begin to feel more in control of your emotions. In today's episode, you'll explore a chakra meditation technique to help you release anger. I think most people agree that the world needs more loving-kindness.
