TREATING LOW ENERGY This can appear in a variety of ways. Fibromyalgia is the worst energy crisis--it is a disease. You can't sleep but are exhausted and have other negative symptoms. You're spending more energy than you make. Really, people need about 9 hours per night. If you simply have insomnia, there are good tools that are natural. Try some melatonin, or magnesium, for example. Low energy (and even fibromyalgia) is very treatable, fortunately. Diet can make a huge difference. Additionally, use your whole tool-kit. Consider natural remedies (like vitamins), diet, exercise, medications, working on your hormones, and more. The tool-kit can be helpful for people with energy issues generally. Think of SHINE. S - Sleep. H - Hormones. I - Infections. N - Nutritional Supplements. E - Exercise.
