As West Yorkshie readies itself to go to the polls to vote for it's first Mayor, we've brought together a group of people to discuss what Rugby League can do for them, and they can do for us.

We're discussing recommendations made in Ian Martin's report "Does rugby league in West Yorkshire have a future?" and he joins us, alongside a range of different experts:

Kacy Mackreth - Sports Marketing Lecturer at Leeds Beckett University and non-executive Director of Hunslet RLFC Ikram Butt - Former England international and social activist Anthony Broxton - Historian, "Tides of History" Jack Pemberton - Writer, "La Treiziste"

Inclusion, fan ownership, payment for Women's Super League players and more are up for debate, and you can read Ian's report here: https://sameskiesthinktank.com/rugby-league-west-yorkshire-future-ian-martin/
