In this episode, Dave Tussing invites Organizational Transformation Consultant Joe Thouvenel into a talk on strengths, leadership, and calling. What is calling? How do natural gifts help us determine our calling or callings?

Joe Thouvenel is employed by Providence Healthcare as a consultant helping teams navigate change and create the future.

Prior to his work with Providence, Joe worked at George Fox University as a Career Coach and Internship program assistant director.

He has a deep background in working with youth and young adults to grow and develop as leaders.

Dave Tussing is a leader that cares about the whole person, and inspiring others to live into their full potential and calling. He strives to infuse ethics and values into business and to lead teams to improve the world as they grow their business. Dave has led teams across technology, healthcare and sports / retail industries at companies ranging in size from small pacific northwest based companies to some of the largest companies in the world. He holds a BA in Accounting and BS in Computer & Information Science from George Fox University and obtained his MBA from Portland State University. As a lifetime learner he also obtained an executive certificate in Strategy & Innovation from MIT and has completed courses in data science and AI/ML from Udacity. With learning, there is no finish line.
