We're all guilty of trying to train like professionals and attempting to stick to a training schedule like a pro...

But the reality is, we're amateur athletes, we're age groupers, we can't afford to train like pros.

BUT, we all want the same thing, to improve.

And we can often beat ourselves up for not training as well as we'd like.
