Today is a really fun and exciting episode to publish. I had the very talented and funny Tamar Garnick. Tamar is not only a famous frum female actress, she is also my little sister :)

We spoke about her acting career as well as how Intuitive Eating/ Health at Every Size really resonates with her. We also spoke about shame and stigma in the frum world and how the movies she is apart of can really shed light on the issues so many of us face on a daily basis.

Tamar Garnick is a professional actress living in Philadelphia. She offers acting lessons to kids, teens, and adults, and recently starred as the lead roll in Malky Weingarten’s “Hush, Hush”. She can be contacted through email and Instagram :
