She is a Yoga Ambassador for Our Mala and Lululemon and teaches for The Gates Foundation in London. She integrates the transformative teachings of Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, Mary Taylor & Richard Freeman’s Ashtanga methods and Para Yoga – Rod Stryker in her teaching.
