Allie is a certified yoga instructor with a main goal of helping others create a safe space in their body and mind through yoga, meditation and self care practices. She puts an emphasis on taking care of your mental health and finding balance in life.
This episode is such a good reminder that taking care of ourselves is the most important thing. We have to remember to prioritize self-care if we want to lead the life we want!
