It’s time to change how we approach our emotional health. WE MAY BE DONE WITH THE PAST, BUT THE PAST IS NOT DONE WITH US, and we can’t just rely on one wellness modality when we are working on healing. Your food choices and your emotional health are absolutely linked. It has been established that specific foods can help reduce anxiety symptoms, so what good mood food do we need to be putting more of on our plates right now?
