A mentor of mine, Jesse Itzler, taught me the importance of having a THEME each year. That doesn’t mean EVERYTHING you do revolves around the theme but it is a main focus for you. It makes it easier to make decisions when you can just ask yourself, “is this aligned with my theme?”
