When dinner or food, or any eating or drinking, is the highlight of your day – then you’re going to want to figure out what’s going on for you.

In this episode we explore what to do if you think you have overly positive associations with food and eating compared to other aspects of your life. We consider whether the problem is your life or just how you’re thinking and feeling about it. And I give you some steps you can take to ensure that you are eating to live, not living to eat.

Clair lives in rural Warwickshire with her husband, teenage children and their two dogs.
