Zen Master Yunyan was sweeping the ground. His Dharma brother, Daowu, saw him and said, "Too busy." Yunyan responded, "You should know there is one who is not busy." The point of these episodes is to help you as you navigate your mind during meditation. My suggestion is to listen to the podcast for the first few minutes of your meditation, and then sit with what comes up. Stay with this one meditation for the day, and then move on to the next episode tomorrow. Contact email@example.com for any questions that come up for you in your meditation practice.
