Dr. Russ Manalastas is the owner of MANA Performance Therapy which is a performance based physical therapy practice located in Rochester, NY. He's a doctor of physical therapy, board certified sports clinical specialist, and strength coach that operates out of Next Level Strength & Conditioning and provides on site services at Cobblestone Creek Country Club. His main focus is on helping the rotational sport athlete and the active individual return from injury and back to performance without fear of re-injury.
Russ joins us to talk about the new S&C course he is starting at a local university. He gives solid tips on how to approach professors about this, writing a syllabus and more!
