Bio: Zak Gabor received his DPT in 2015 from Ithaca College. Throughout college, he served as TA for multiple courses including MSK exam and gross anatomy, as well as getting his CSCS and personal training at the Ithaca College Fitness Center. Since graduating, Zak has landed his dream job at Boston PT and Wellness in Boston, Ma, where he gets to practice for a company that values quality, strength training, and teamwork. In addition to clinical practice, Zak is extremely passionate about educating. He has co created an education workshop based on S&C and pain science concepts which he has taught across the country, as well as serving as an adjunct professor for a 1 credit elective "Strength training concepts in Outpatient Orthopedics" for a Boston DPT program. Finally, Zak has recently founded an online educational platform, The Level Up Initiative, dedicated to mentoring students and new grads with the skills and mindset necessary to be drivers of positive change in the profession.
