On this episode of the Passive Mobile Home Park Investing Podcast, Andrew talks with Lane Kawaoka of Lane shares his take on passive real estate investing as someone who invests mostly in multi-family rentals. From that standpoint, Lane talks about advice for LP’s (limited partners), his tips on vetting general partner operators (coming from an operator), and LP tax benefits.
