Thanks to his social anxiety and a deep-seated fear of personal judgement my guest Tom Bailey spent the first 25 years of his life avoiding public speaking and anything to do with presentations.

This avoidance saw him launch multiple businesses that never even saw the light of day simply because he was too afraid to tell anyone he had launched.
