He is founder and president of The Lantern Group, a communication and behavioral change agency. in this episode Kurt talks about the various ways in which human beings think and process things. In a typical sense, we would think that reasoning should prevail, but often we can be quite unreasonable. Also, the forming and creation of habits is discussed as well.
