The most powerful thing we can do right now is to invest in an asset. Even if there’s a pullback in that asset in the immediate future, we’ll still have a foundation that can help us create wealth. If you maintain the asset, you will win out in the end.
What we need to be doing in today’s market The economy and environment we’re in are painting the picture that making money in real estate will always be easy. The success that’s coming from the low-interest rates and busy market won’t last. What we need to do right now is prepare for the inevitable downturn, instead of spending what we’ve made.
