“My uncle was the only one in the hospital room with her when she told him that at the foot of her bed, she was seeing her sister Mary, who had died years earlier, me, and a little boy that stood by my side. He had been puzzled when she said she had seen a little boy next to me because I had not had any children yet. He inquired about the little boy and asked her if the child was Cody, her only great-grandchild, and my sister's two-year-old son. She responded with a no because this child had dark hair and eyes and stood very still and seemed shy. Cody was a continually active toddler with blond hair and blue eyes. Soon after that, she transitioned to her new life. This happened on August 10.”
