The European Recovery Fund will serve more as a medium-term boost to growth than a quick cash injection in line with the U.S. fast stimulus package. That's according to Bert Colijn, senior euro-area economist at ING. In the short-term, the U.S. will grow faster but Europe stands to gain significant investment, boosting overall GDP growth for longer. He speaks in an episode of The Brussels Edition with Bloomberg's Maria Tadeo.
