The EU can be confident their new emission reductions targets are achievable and they do raise the bloc's credibility, even if they're not as ambitious as previously expected, says Manon Dufour, head of the Brussels office at environmental thinktank E3G. She spoke to Daybreak Europe's Caroline Hepker and Roger Hearing about the EU's new plan to reduce emissions by 55 percent from 1990 levels by 2030, and to fund a third of the landmark recovery fund with green bonds.
