Her debut book, On Adulting: How Millennials (And Any Human, Really) Can Work Less, Live More and Bend the Rules for Good (November, 2020) provides insights, tools, guidance and more to help millennials and GenZ figure out how to navigate adulthood in a conscious, happy way. She recently cofounded a mental well-being startup, Daydreamers, and is pursuing her master’s in clinical psychology at Columbia University.
