In this episode, I flip on its head the idea that paying attention to your deepest wants is selfish.

Both women and men are socialized to deny themselves the things they most want. We spend our time doing all the things we believe we “should” do. We try to appease our parents, bosses, spouses, friends, mentors, teachers, priests and gurus, and we’re left feeling frustrated, resentful and unfulfilled. We’ve forgotten the sacred art of listening to ourselves.

Listen in to find out why sacrificing what you truly want doesn’t serve you or anyone else.

I end the episode with three questions you can ask yourself to explore what an unrestricted life would feel like and what’s possible for you.

My mission in this podcast is to help you find the freedom to become who you want. In every episode I arm you with one useful idea or strategy you can use immediately to start taking your life in a beautiful, new direction.

When I see your photo, I’ll add your name to a hat. I’ll be doing a weekly draw for a free one-hour dream analysis session with me. It’s a fun and useful way to access deeper truths about what you really want and the wisdom you need to know right now. If you’re not the kind of person who remembers your dreams, no problem. I have another fun way I apply the dream methodology to your waking thoughts. I guarantee you’ll be surprised at what you learn about yourself.
