Remarkable Quote:

Anxiety is a human emotion. We've all experienced anxiety. What makes it something that needs to be paid attention to is when the anxiety starts to make the decision for you, starts to shrink your world.” ~ Abbe Greenberg

When we talk and share stories with each other, we could be each other's touchstone. One of the most hopeful and healing things is to know that we're not alone and that someone gets us.” ~ Maggie Sarachek
