Horses can have a powerful impact on human beings. In fact, many of us believe our horses to be valid therapy for our mental health. But horses are individuals, with unique personalities. The discussion is about equine personalities, temperament, and Ellen's current research on how Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies (EAAT) affect both humans and horses - specifically combat veterans with PTSD.
