Then this workshop is your chance to take a guided tour of some of the challenging and complex poses of inversions. Learn practical tools to turn upside down with stability and grace. Together we will break down yoga postures like headstand, forearm balances, crow, shoulder stand and handstands. And learn some basic core work to prime you for inversions. The art of building confidence in these specific poses comes from a proper understanding of alignment, body mechanics of each pose and body awareness. This class will help you to safely and gracefully build these postures into your regular practice and advance at your own pace. - All levels welcome.
