Happy New Year! As we round out 2020, we know very few of us will be sad to see it go. We encourage you to reflect on the silver linings that the year may have brought you. We want to let you know we are grateful for our listeners and we wish you a happy, healthy and wonderful 2021!

We have been leading several of group programs and have our next one coming in January, which you can check out here. 9) Adaptogenic mushrooms - magical funghi with health benefits such as improved brain function, energy, and improved immunity. (Of course not meant to be a cure all).
