The state of overwhelm is one of those things that moms are constantly being pulled into, but it's also something that women find difficult to recognize. More often than not, we are already at the breaking point before recognizing the state we are already in. There’s so much stigma around this topic and so we wanted to open a discussion about overwhelm in today’s episode. Remember that at the end of the day what’s best for the people around you is for you to NOT pour from an empty cup.
