There are so many things that you can do to make you feel "healthy" physically and mentally. You can eat healthy, be physically active, have massages, go to the gym or spa, do yoga and breathwork, and so much more. But there will come a time when you will continuously feel empty or incomplete, and you'll have to dive deeper to figure that out.
In today's episode, we talk about how you can feed your soul and find a connection to yourself. You have to remember that you can't keep pouring without replenishing your happiness.
