America has seen a steady increase in violent crime in the country’s biggest cities over the last two years. This past weekend, a 26-year-old homeless man with a history of arrests, plowed into a nurse while running from the police after stealing a woman’s cell phone. The nurse died from her injuries and now the mugger has been charged with murder. FOX’s John Saucier speaks to FOX National Correspondent Bryan Llenas to discuss the rise in violent crime, the latest numbers, and what the U.S. government and law enforcement officials are doing in response.
