Army combat veteran, Chef Alex Lotero, tells us how the Cannabis industry inspired him to try new ways to add flavors to his amazing cuisine. Founder and owner of Misfit Culinary Group, Chef Lotero talks about how he incorporated Haute Cuisine with his Elevated Dining experiences. Chef Lotero was adamant that he is “not a cannabis chef,” as the chef’s skillful craft can not be defined by a single ingredient. Considering this Chef is working his way toward his first Michelin Stars, the cannabis industry is truly elevated by his offerings to the culture, and unique knowledge of integrating cannabis featured in his highly coveted dinner series.
