In the last few weeks, I've talked to a lot of people who were releasing secrets, have recently had secrets revealed to them, or in other ways were processing information that led to new perspectives on long held beliefs. Knowledge of secrets – whether holding on to, releasing, or learning of them – can feel like a shift in emotional or psychic weight. New perspectives can affect not only ourselves, but our relationships with others and how we interact with the world. In today's meditation, we practice embracing secrets, knowledge, and rebalancing the psyche around things that change our perspectives. This podcast is made possible by our subscribers on Patreon.
