Welcome back to Moment. Moment is your place for calm and connection and maybe even a shift in perspective before the week ahead.
Thank you for being here. I hope you are doing really well. It is the first week of January and I know at this time of year many of us start to think about big questions particularly around work and purpose. I know this because so many of you get in touch with me each January with questions about these topics.
I’m so excited to share this Moment with you because I got to ask Rebecca Campbell, author of Rise Sister Rise, and also one of the world’s leading teachers on purpose and spirituality.
I asked her specifically about purpose as parents and mothers and how we can live a life that feels more authentic and free.
I love this clip and I love how Rebecca says nothing is ever wasted.
If you are feeling that you are not where you want to be, please remember that no experience is ever wasted. And if you are ready to start asking some of those big questions around purpose then what Rebecca has to say is going to be very inspiring to you.
I hope this Moment is going to encourage you to think deeply and practically about purpose.
