Special thanks to Keith Alcius (tuba) for submitting this question for the Q&A episode. I told you we'd do full episodes for the big ones!

I’m going to tell you a bit about how I got started with private teaching in Houston, how it's going at this point 1 year into the pandemic, and some of my personal policies I’ve used to build a sought-after lesson experience in my area. I started off with literally a handful of kids and went from bare minimum to seeing nearly 100 flutes per week in less than 2 years.
